Kris Delmhorst Concert Is October 23

Kris Delmhorst will perform a concert at the Parlor Room in Northampton on October 23 at 7 p.m. A Boston Globe staff writer called her music "sterling," which means excellent. You can hear one of Delmhorst's best songs for free at:

This summer and autumn she is scheduled to play in Denver, Colorado; Moab, Utah; and Cambridge, Massachusetts. In Cambridge, she will play at Club Passim for three nights in a row. That venue has been in business for more than 50 years; around 30,000 people attend concerts at Club Passim every year, according to the club's web site. At $15, tickets for the Northampton concert are less than half the price of tickets for Delhmorst's Cambridge concerts. Tickets for the Northampton concert are available at www.ParlorRoomMusic.com.
