Every week, about 600 people read the Valley Post. Many more people listen to the audio versions of our articles that air on radio stations in Northampton, Greenfield, and Brattleboro. Donations from readers is the Valley Post's only source of income. To avoid conflicts of interest, we reject advertising and government funding. Please make a donation and/or volunteer for the Valley Post.
Anyone who donates $35 annually, or volunteers four hours per year, becomes a member of the Post. When the Post has 50 or more members, the members will be able to vote for, and run for, the Post's board of directors.
The Valley Post is raising money to pay for web hosting, to pay freelance writers, and to launch a weekly, half-hour radio news program that will be heard on radio stations throughout the Pioneer Valley, Brattleboro, and Keene. The radio program will also be available as a podcast.
Another objective is to publish more investigative articles. Examples of this kind of article are at:

Members receive a 20 percent discount on Valley Post t-shirts and bumper-stickers, both of which can be ordered at www.ValleyPost.org/about.
Please click the "donate" button at the top right corner of this web page. You can donate with a credit card (the credit card company and PayPal will keep a combined 5 percent of your donation) or by debit from your checking account (the Post will get 100 percent of your donation). For information about volunteering, please contact us via www.ValleyPost.org/contact. Checks can be mailed to the address at that web page.
Thank you.
