The Valley Post Seeks Donations, Volunteers

More than 1,400 people per month read the Valley Post. Each of those people read the Post approximately once a week, on average. The Valley Post is a non-profit organization. Donations from readers is the Post's only source of income. To avoid conflicts of interest, we reject advertising and government funding. Please make a tax-deductible donation and/or volunteer for the Valley Post.

Anyone who donates $35 annually, or volunteers four hours per year, becomes a member of the Post. When the Post has 100 or more members, the members will be able to vote for, and run for, the Post's board of directors.

The Valley Post is raising money to pay freelance writers, and to launch a weekly, half hour radio news program that will be heard on radio stations throughout the Pioneer Valley, Brattleboro, and Keene. The radio program will also be available as a podcast.

Another objective is to publish more investigative articles. Examples of this kind of article are at:

Members receive a 20 percent discount on Valley Post t-shirts and bumperstickers, both of which can be ordered at www.ValleyPost.org/about

Please donate and/or volunteer to support the Valley Post. Click the "donate" button at the top right corner of this web page. You can donate with a credit card (the credit card company will keep 5 percent of your donation) or by debit from your checking account (the Post will get 100 percent of your donation; to do this you need to create a free account at www.PayPal.com). For information about how to donate by cash or check, or about volunteering, please contact us via www.ValleyPost.org/contact

Thank you.
