Hi Eesha,

I just heard about the accident on Dutton Farm Road and your part in saving that woman from burning up in her car. Wow! Thanks goodness you were there! What a horrible situation that could have been! Good for you. We were joking in the office today that we're going to put you on speed dial in case we're ever in an emergency situation!
