A total of about 160 people attended rallies in Northampton and Greenfield calling on Biden and congress to stop giving billions of dollars to Israel's military. The USA does not fund Palestine's military. There were two Northampton rallies. They were on October 15 and 16. The Greenfield rally was on October 18. A dozen people were at the Greenfield rally, Anna Gyorgy told the Valley Post. She is part of a group that has a web site at www.traprock.org. The Northampton rallies were organized by the group Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP). As of October 20, the group had not replied to an October 18 email. A call to the number JVP's web site resulted in a message saying, “The voicemail is full.” The estimate of the number of people at the Northampton rallies is from the Gazette.

On October 18 at UMass Amherst there was an animal rights rally. Photos show about six people there. “Many” passersby asked questions of the people at the rally, Kendall Davis told the Valley Post. Davis works for the group that organized the rally. The group's web site is www.peta.org.
